Supatra Hua Hin Resort

It's very cute, dog friendly, pet friendly hotel. We spent Christmas here and it was very windy - no fault of the venue! They don't allow dogs in the rooms with the private poos which was a big let down, as this was partly the reason we booked, for the enjoyment of the whole family! There seems to be no reason for this, as they have monkey problem so the monkeys destroy a lot of property, much more than a small dog could ever do. Still, it was a cute place and the rooms were lovely.

Never ever , we had rent the pool Villa 6 month before we going there , we was 4 adults , the description says that you have two sleeping room and a living room , that's a great joke . I am a traveller and I know that hotels in Asien not the same like in Switzerland or Germany but this was not a cheap room and si u expected a minimum standard . 1 . The rooms was extremely dirty and we told that the staff....she came take a look and say we should wait , she call the manager ....the manager never shows in our 12 days holiday but he promised to clean the room tomorrow perfect ....but no...never ever. It is ridiculously, also there was no living room and the second bedroom is not for adults , I think is for kids . I can't tell all the problems here but some of them .... The rooms was dirt , smell , hairs in the bed !!!!! Hairs on the floor in the bathroom everywhere.......some cockroach 🪳 Duvets has tears and holes !?!? And I don't know where the other guests eating the breakfast because it was also ridiculous.....and and and.....for some of the problems I load the pictures up , and by the way we paid the full price for that #$@$&$#$......I was traveling around the world but this hotel was the worst hotel ever....but not the cheapest. Good things ....direct on the beach , quiet , the garden is beautiful and the most employees was friendly and helpful.
